Our Founder

Hey, I’m Jesus B. I Direct & Produce things.

I was born and raised in Dubai, and I’ve been working in the film and video industry for over ten years now. I’ve done ads, corporate videos, short films, music videos — tend to like very raw or highly stylized looks.

I speak fluent English, and I know a little bit of casual Arabic and beginner French — I’m still learning.

My journey? It started with guerrilla marketing at Red Bull, then I moved into finance at Dubai IFC. Eventually, I found my passion in film — studied at New York Film Academy, and since then, I’ve worn lots of hats: from editing and camera assisting to directing, managing teams, and producing big projects.

Owner & Executive Producer

My most recent long-term gig was as a Director & Producer for nearly three years at Expo 2020 Dubai. During that time, I managed and directed hundreds of videos—everything from ads and high-profile interviews to drone shots and large-scale campaigns. Budgets ranged from thousands of dollars to $1.4 million. I led teams from just a few people up to several crews at the same time, managing complex logistics, coordinating with multiple agencies, and hosting VIP guests. It was a fast-paced, demanding environment that sharpened my leadership and organizational skills.

I believe in quiet, hardworking crews and a well-structured set. Most of the creative work happens before and after shooting—storyboarding, editing, and feedback sessions. When I’m on set, I follow a very detailed plan that everyone understands, so we keep everything moving smoothly and efficiency.
